The following is a list of Hewlett Packard printers that are PCL level 3 compatible that should work with the new generation of Micro Direct Spirometers.

Current HP Models:

Deskjet:                460, 5650, 6940, 6980, 6940, 6988 and 9800 series.

Office Jet:             Pro K5400

Discontinued HP Models:

DeskJet:               840C, 880C, 895C, 920C, 940C, 948C, 995C, 3810, 3820, 5150 series, 5550 series, 9300 series, 9600 series, 9650.

Office Jet:             Pro K5400, K550 Series

Business Inkjet:   1000, 1100   and 1200

If your Hewlett Packard printer is not listed, it still may be compatible.  The crucial factors are that the Printer Command Language (PCL) is level 3 (check the specification section of the printer user manual or contact Micro Directs customer service department) and it needs a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port.
